ANYONE WITH SUCCESS STORIES OR WANTING TO START WITH ME, PLEASE SHARE!!!! I'm going to start the dreaded, not-recommended-by-health-professionals, low-carb, Grapefruit/Bacon/Egg Diet Diet. I've been drinking low-carb Atkins and Slimfast shakes for years, and while I have lost 4-5 lbs. I'm SO tired of weighing over 190 lbs. I understand the expected weight to lose in the first 12 days is 10-12 lbs. My long-term goal is 150, but I think it will be easier if I make a short term goal of 10 lbs.
