Its a lightweight saw.
I do treework for a living.
I have three in use and own about 6 and then my personal 346xp.
A 350 husky is a good little saw.
Its small enough for residential use and yet entry level sufficient for commercial use, although it is not commercial.
The 350 does however have 1 major engineering defect!
The muffler bolts will not stay in place and do back out.
When this happens, if not checked will ruin the saw!
The exhaust will seep out between the cylinder and the backside of the muffler and will blow a hole downward right through the crank case.
Ive considered heat resistant locktite, but am not sure of the sufficiency of its heat resistant properties.
Ive considered small lock washers, but worry that the pressure necessary to gain the tightness needed will strip the threads.
There may be an easy modification that will fix it, but i havent found it yet.
If you buy, keep your ears open for any louder than normal exhaust sounds.
And visually check often.
