carpeting empire::The job was completed at 7:00 pm.
The contract was to dispose of the carpeting that they took out.
My husband, who has had two back surgeries and suffers still from herniated disk problems, went out and dragged the items to our lawn.
It is now 6:00 pm monday evening and still the items are on the front lawn.
This is after numerous calls to customer service and being told that they would pick it up.
One call was particularly funny; as my husband was staring at the items still on our lawn, customer service told him that they had already picked up the items!
Just a word of caution, beware of empire!
